For years, lilac has been the one fragrance that refuses to be captured. It blooms for a moment, fades in a day, and most distillations lose the scent entirely. We weren’t willing to accept that.

On our property we grow five different lilac varieties, each with its own spring character — deeper purple, soft pink, white, early bloomers, late bloomers.  This spring we distilled batch after batch, adjusting timing, blossom selection, and water ratios, chasing that unmistakable lilac breath of spring.

And we succeeded.

Our lilac hydrosol carries the true spring lilac aroma, not a perfume, not an additive — the real scent lifted straight from fresh blossoms. It’s the closest you can get to standing beside a lilac bush in full bloom.
